How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Tuesday–Saturday).
Our order cut-off time is 05:00 PM (MT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping transit time: 3–6 business days (Monday–Saturday) after shipment, depending on destination.
Total estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days from order placement.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
What are your business days and hours?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Free return shipping applies to eligible returns. If a customer places the wrong order, the cost of return shipping may be charged to the customer.
- Return processing time is 7 business days after receiving the item.

What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue with the shipping carrier. Resolution may require carrier investigation and confirmation of loss.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled unless carrier investigation determines otherwise.
